This beginner digital photography course with Kittanning-based Donna Weckerly Photography is meant to help you master your digital camera. Learn the basic functions of your camera so you can begin to shoot in manual mode, capturing higher-quality images of the people and places around you. Learn about manual mode, the exposure triangle, depth of field, and much more during this 3-hour hands-on camera class taught by a professional photographer.

Students must have a digital camera with either a fixed lens (like a point-and-shoot) or a camera with interchangeable lenses. Please bring your camera, a charged battery, SD card, an Owner’s Manual, any additional lenses, and any other gear you may have. Bring a notebook and pen to take notes! Students will interact and work together to learn about tweaking their camera settings for different scenes and situations. The class is fun, educational, and informative.

The cost is $90 per person — payment is accepted through Venmo friends and family or check by mail. Payment must be received by November 30, 2022 to reserve your spot in the class. The class size is limited to 8 students.
