Journey to the Self: A Journaling Workshop

Join Kay Owen for a journaling workshop! The workshop will be held in the Gathering Room at the Armstrong County Historical Museum and Genealogical Society on Saturday, May 6 at 1 PM — a safe, compassionate, respectful space where self-discovery, personal growth, and connections occur through writing, journaling, and sharing.
This workshop will be held by certified Journal to the Self Instructor Kay Owen, M.A., and is based on the work of Kathleen Adams, Center for Journal Therapy.
The cost of the program is $20. Space is limited, so please call the Kittanning Public Library at 724-543-1383 to reserve your spot.
