Very Hungry Caterpillar Day

Based on the picture book The Very Hungry Caterpillar by Eric Carle, this event will celebrate the coming of Spring. The half-day long, family-friendly event will be geared towards younger children (pre-K – 3rd grade) and their families, and include a variety of spring and nature-themed activities both inside and outside the Outdoor Discovery Center, games, crafts, hikes, snacks, a reading of the famous book, book give-away (while supplies last), and photo opportunities with The Very Hungry Caterpillar!
